Payment are accepted by via PayPal. If you have any questions before or after payment, please

By submitting payment for banner advertising on The Boutique Critique (treasuresbylindsay.com/top),
you agree that you have read and agree to these terms (Advertiser = You, The Boutique Critique
1) Advertising is purchased, in advance, on a month-to-month
or quarterly basis, unless otherwise approved. Payments
are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) In the case that Advertisers
banner ad is removed from The Boutique Critique before the paid-for period
ends and the Advertiser has not broken any of these terms, except if
requested by the Advertiser, the advertiser will be due a prorated refund
for the remainder of the previously paid-for period.
3) If the advertisers website
becomes inactive, it is Advertiser's responsibility to inform The Boutique Critique
immediately. Refunds for inactive or parked websites will not be given but
any remaining paid for days may be paused for up to 30 days.
4) *Quarterly payments are
managed via PayPal's subscription payments. If Advertiser chooses the
quarterly payment option, Advertiser is agreeing to a re-occurring payment
and that payment will automatically be deducted from Advertiser's PayPal
account every 3 months until cancelled. Payments
are non-refundable. It's the responsibility of Advertiser to cancel the
PayPal subscription via Advertiser's PayPal account before the end of the
current billing cycle to avoid being billed again.
5) *Once Advertiser's
subscription rate is established, it will not be raised. If the subscription
payment fails, Advertiser subscription will be cancelled and Advertiser will
be subject to the new rates. Advertiser may cancel at any time if Advertiser
does not wish to continue your subscription but refunds will not be given.
Upon canceling your subscription, you will not be billed again and your
banner will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You
must cancel your subscription payment before the next billing cycle if you
do not wish to be re-billed. Payments
6) Advertisers agrees to refrain
from promoting sites related to gambling, pharmaceutical drugs, and adult
content during the contracted period with The Boutique Critique.
7) All Advertisers are reviewed
for appropriateness. If your banner or website is deemed not suitable for The Boutique Critique
for any reason, you will be given a full and prompt refund. The Boutique Critique
reserves the right to reject any ad/Advertiser for any reason.
Payment Details & Options:
Banner Specs: 125x125 px Square Button Listing
Your 125px button will appear in on the right hand side of all ranking pages (8
main ranking pages and 10 category pages) in the designated
sponsor locations. All ad spots are on a first come first serve basis on each
page and may be moved around at random. Your ad
banner will be displayed on all 8 of the main ranking pages plus the 8
sub-category pages as well!!!
Banner & Banner Delivery Tips: You can use the form below to quickly deliver your banner along with your order. If you don't have a banner URL/link available or
if your banner URL gets cut off in the form below you can do one of the below:
Upload your banner to TinyPic.Com to get a temporary link to your banner (make sure to use the Direct Link To File option; #3 of the 3 they give you after you've
uploaded your banner)
After you've placed your order, email your banner to the address specified on your PayPal receipt.

What Are Paypal Subscriptions?
Paypal subscriptions are an automatic way of setting up a re-occurring
billing schedule. Every 3 months (or whatever is stated in the above terms) your
PayPal account will be automatically debited for the next 3 months. You PayPal account will continue to be debited and your banner ad will remain up as long as
you do not cancel!
How Do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription from your transaction history with/in YOUR
PAYPAL account. A subscription can be canceled up to the day of the next
scheduled payment and your ad will remain till the end of the current billing
- Click My Account.
- Click History at the top of the page.
- Select Subscriptions from the Show menu.
- Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
- Click Search.
- Click Details to view the details of a specific Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription again.
Do I have to commit to a re-occurring subscription? Can I
just do 1 month?
While we encourage the subscription payments because we believe that long term advertising commitments are more beneficial and
easier to maintain, if you would like to just pay for one, 3 month campaign, feel free to cancel your subscription via Paypal at any time. There is no obligation to maintain
your subscription any longer than 3 months..
I just got billed for the subscription payment and forgot
that I wanted to cancel. Can I get a refund?
As stated in the terms you agreed to, advertising payments are
log into your Paypal account and cancel your subscription now, so you will not
be billed again after this term, BUT AS OUR TERMS STATE, you need to cancel before
the next billing cycle.
How long after payment is made will it take to get my banner
Assuming the appropriate size banner and your website address was included w/in your order, usually your banner will go up w/in 24 hours. Please allow for 3-5 working days after payment is sent. If you do not see your ad after
5 days, please send your link and banner to lindsayb [at] treasuresbylindsay.com (removing the brackets and spaces) because we are still awaiting your ad information which is delaying your ad being placed.
